ComeOn Casino

ComeOn - as the name might tell you - is a place for fun, excitement and a good time all round. The exciting colours, the playful way the background moves as you move and as you play on the site and everything on offer here just goes to show why ComeOn is so popular. Yes, it’s been around ‘only’ since 2014, but with this level of expertise, it's easy to see why ComeOn is rivaling older, more established online casinos. Operated by the Malta-based Co-Gaming, ComeOn is both Malta and UK licensed.

Games and Software

With over 300 games – mainly slots – to choose from, ComeOn is definitely a place for the slots aficionado!

First things first: the games section is neatly divided into new games, soft games, table games, slots, video slots etc, which is always nice to see. Each filter also handily lists the number of games available, with a widget pointing out the hot games, and those with the current highest jackpots. There’s also a handy search bar, which shows you each game matching as you type.

Otherwise, you can count on all of your favourites being here – from Thunderstruck II, to Immortal Romance, to Gonzo’s Quest and Game of Thrones 243 ways, there’s plenty of choice here. One thing we did find surprising is the relative lack of progressive jackpot games – six of them, to be precise. But then again, when these 6 include Mega Moolah, Major Millions, King Cashalot, we doubt there’ll be many complaints (apart from fans of Rainbow Riches, but that’s another matter entirely).

For table games fans, things are a little bit lower key. There are a grand total of 15 table games, including two Roulette variants – French and European, naturally – and seven Blackjack games, including Blackjack Pro and Blackjack Gold. Otherwise underneath the ‘Table Games’ tab, there’s Oasis Poker, Texas Hold’em, Punto Banco and Pontoon as well as a few other games, all of which have three variants per game.

Live Casino

ComeOn is very, very green, and everything is laid out clearly, if in some places, not so intuitively.

For example – the header gives you the option of checking out ComeOn’s various sections – sports, in-play, casino, live casino and promotions. Ok, so far so good, and at least this way, if you decided to check out the sportsbook, for example, you can easily do so and then return to the casino section.

The second, games header is a little bit lost with all of the green around everywhere. It stands out, but only when there’s a comparatively less green banner on top of it. In any case, the games are easily filtered by category, including new games, live casino, ‘Black Jack’, Roulette, table games etc. Slots are filtered by ‘slot machines’ – AKA, classic slots, video slots and jackpots. Yes it all makes sense, but it’s a bit aged-looking.

Mobile Casino

The mobile platform is very similar to the desktop site, and is compatible with iOS, Android and Windows devices (including tablet!). The games we tried all worked seamlessly, and we didn’t notice any discernible lag – and anything we did notice, we soon realised was actually due to a push notification from another (unrelated) app.

ComeOn has a fully optimised (and pretty highly rated apiece) apps for both iOS and Android smartphones and devices. Both of these devices come with the full range of games available on the desktop site, as well as access to chat support and banking options, which is pretty nice all round!

Gamification

Unfortunately, there’s not a lot extra on offer here for fans of extra missions and adventures, spinning prize wheels and so forth. ComeOn does what it says on the tin – offering a solid online casino experience, and doubles down on that.

The one thing we could find which suggested players were getting a bit beyond just an online casino experience, were the loyalty points on offer. ComeOn offer ‘Player Points’, which players receive for ‘almost everything you do’! You earn various amounts of points per day, for different activities and playing different games. You can then redeem these points in the ComeOn rewards shop, for a range of bonuses and other nice prizes.

Promotions

Now we’re talking – ComeOn brings the goodies, by way of the promotions on offer.

A bit confusingly, they lump in the sportsbook bonuses alongside the casino bonuses, with no clear way to separate these and see what’s relevant for you as a casino player. But, with a bit of scrolling it soon becomes apparent what’s what – there’s the casino welcome bonus and other goodies on offer. Otherwise, there are a few weekly bonuses, with a solid range of various prizes to please any player.

As far as any VIP rewards or clubs go – there seems to be no sign of one anywhere onsite. Sorry. You’ll always have the ComeOn loyalty points to fall back on, in any case.

Banking

One thing we really love, and highly respect about ComeOn is the level of transparency and explanation they give.

For example, with the banking section, they don’t try to hide how long the processing of deposits and withdrawals might take, they give it you straight – alongside any fees you might have to pay.

Deposit options include visa debit and credit cards, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, entroPay, Neteller Skrill, Skrill-1-Tap and Paysafecard, which are available on mobile too. All of these methods’ deposits are instant, and the minimum deposit for each is a pretty low £8. Each of these deposit methods are fee-free too.

For withdrawals, the options are a little bit more limited: you can make withdrawals via Visa debit and credit, Mastercard, Entropay, wire transfer, Neteller and Skrill – both Neteller and Skrill take up to 24 hours for withdrawals to process, while other methods will take between 2-7 business days. All withdrawals must be a minimum of £10, and each customer is allowed to make up to two fee-free withdrawals within a 30-day rolling period; any more than two will result in a fee of £5 per withdrawals within the same period.

Customer Support
  • Live Chat: Yes
  • Email: Online form
  • Telephone: Call back service
  • FAQ: Yes
  • Availability: 24/7

There are several effortless ways to get in touch with ComeOn’s support team: try out the 24/7 live chat, which for us, was answered within 30 seconds of entering our details (name, email and username). There’s also an online form to fill in for email enquiries, and a callback service for those wanting to actually speak to someone over the phone.

If you’re looking for something more straightforward or specific, there’s a really in-depth FAQ  page, complete with ‘Most Asked Questions’ section, or nicely separated categories (betting, payments, promotions etc), which are subdivided into quite a few other questions. We think you’ll likely find the answers you need there.

Our Verdict

We really like ComeOn, and think it’s a great place both for dedicated casino fans and newbies to the world of online gaming.

The welcome bonus gave us a bit of pause for thought, until we reconsidered it – those free spins on offer for Starburst are far and beyond the most generous extra we’ve seen in a while.

The site is fun and exciting to play at, the games are top notch (missing Rainbow Riches and a few others, but no site is perfect), and the casino’s openness in their fees, deposits and processing times is really refreshing.

We’d highly recommended ComeOn to players of all ages and online gaming stages – get playing today!
