Jackpot247 prides itself on a massive collection of Playtech games, which amount for the vast majority of their slots. It’s a phenomenal selection of over 200 great slots, not to mention the table games and their thriving Live Casino section.

User Interface
We like an online casino that lets us navigate its slots as easily as we would on a real casino floor. Jackpot247 aims to do just that. There are 4 big tabs on the top of the page: Casino, Vegas, Live and Promotions. While clicking Casino takes you to all types of games – Slots, Roulette, Blackjack, Jackpots, Live or All – Vegas provides you with just the Slots and Jackpots and Live takes you to the small Live Casino. Fairly straightforward once you click around a couple times.

The page design itself is pretty basic with minimal graphics and a simple blue and orange colour scheme. It’s not the most appealing of sites, but it doesn’t detract from the games and everything loads fast which is great. It’s also easy enough to find all your account information from the menu bar in the top right-hand corner of the screen, so accessing important details is nice and easy.

Mobile Casino
When it comes to going mobile, Jackpot247 is ready for action. The website is clean, smooth-running and stocked with all the top games even when you access it from your mobile. While Jackpot247 might advertise as having Jackpot games all day long, they’re lacking in the gamification department. Checking out the promotions site you’ll find a small variety of fun options. Jackpot247 does a Weekly Game promotion and offers bonuses for new members or with special deposits. So it seems like there’s frequent offers on the page but not a massive abundance. As for now, Jackpot247 also doesn’t offer any loyalty points or a VIP scheme, which is a bit of a letdown, though it seems that loyalty isn’t an issue with the great selection of games.

Jackpot247 has made banking as easy and fast as possible. Players can select PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, VISA Electron, Skrill, Neteller or Paysafecard for an immediate deposit with a minimum of £10 (and no fees). The customer service is pretty at Jackpot247 is what we’d expect of an online casino site that has 24/7 in its name: available at all hours. It’s great to find an online casino that has an actual phone number and email address (both of which are available all the time)! There is an FAQ page and although it was a little hard to navigate to initially the page itself is well organized and follows a neat, easy-to-read structure. Customer service was friendly and responded within just a couple minutes when we tried out the Live Chat, so this is definitely a well-operated section of the casino.

Our Verdict

On a whole, we enjoyed our time playing at Jackpot247. It was nice to see a selection of games that you don’t find everywhere… and as opposed to being upset by the lack of some of our favourites like Starburst or Gonzo’s Quest, we found that we branched out a little more without them. Seriously, we can’t recommend Age of Gods: Fate Sisters or Royal Spin Deluxe enough.

Aside from the games, Jackpot247 has some fun promotional offers and it seems that new ones pop up pretty regularly. We hope that they’ll bring back more of the competitions, as the prizes for those were rather cool and unusual. Likewise, other parts of the site came at a welcoming high standard: banking and customer service provided us with lots of options and nearly instant results every time. While we can’t say that this is our all-time favourite online casino ever, we can say that we had a great time checking out the games and we’d recommend it to our friends, too.
