Kerching Casino

Since its establishment in 2007, Kerching Casino, run by Nektan (Gibraltar) Ltd, has been offering users a fun, slot-focused mobile gaming experience. Without stepping too far out the box, Kerching has created a simple, easy-to-use, yet enchanting online gaming site. Kerching likes to keep things simple and focus on the games and, well, the potential to hear those big kerchings! While there are so many online casinos out there these days trying to outdo one another with funky gimmicks and difficult-to-understand promos, Kerching sticks to the basics: great games, a reliable site… and an added bonus of wonderful mobile functionality. Like any reputable, trusted casinos, Kerching Casino is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, as well as the Gibraltar Gambling Commission - no surprise as their platform is backed by Nektan. So is Kerching Casino worth signing up for? Well, we’ve got all the nitty-gritty on the site for you right here...

Games and Software

Kerching Casino hosts some of the top software providers on the market and although it has a more limited selection of games, they’re quite diverse. It’s easy to find their top games right as you access the homepage. At Kerching Casino, you can play games instantly right on your browser, including top slots like Starburst (NetEnt), Rainbow Riches Pick N’ Mix (Barcrest), and Cleopatra (IGT).

Even though there’s a smaller amount of games on this site than some of our other favourite online casinos, there’s still a great selection. Players can be happy to find top branded slots like Wheel of Fortune, Baywatch, Family Guy, Ghostbusters and so many others. There are also a couple of progressive jackpot games like MEGA Jackpots Star Lanterns, MEGA Jackpots Cleopatra and MEGA Jackpots Siberian Storm.

As well as slots, Kerching Casino offers one version each of blackjack, roulette and poker. They’re not the most exciting variations of the game, but at least they are available for players who like table games. That being said, it would be great to see if they could get some of the other top table games from some of the world-renowned software providers that they’re working with.

On a whole, there’s definitely enough to keep players entertained for hours or days on end here. It’s sometimes refreshing to see a casino site that doesn’t overdo it with games so that choosing is hard. That being said, some more variety in the casino game section would be nice.

Live Casino

Unfortunately, Kerching Casino hasn’t broken into the Live category of casino games yet, so this section doesn’t exist on the site. Live Casino fans will have to get their kicks elsewhere.

User Interface

The website design is pretty simple, with generic graphics and a massive red and green Kerching! in the top left-hand corner of the screen. Navigating around the site is easy though, probably in part to do with its simple casino floor of mostly slots. There’s a menu tab in the top right-hand corner of the screen that takes you to your account information, games, VIP and help sections.

As for navigating between the games, there are some preset category tabs that you can choose from: Player Favourites, New Games, Jackpots, Recommended and All Games. There aren’t any other ways to filter the games, but there are little flags on the games stating ‘Hot Game’ or ‘New Game’ so it’s easy to find some favourites. There’s also a search function that works fairly well when searching for games (though you can’t search by software provider or theme).

At the bottom of the site is all the important, albeit slightly less interesting, information that you need about the site – licensing and registration, fair gaming protocol and the likes. It’s an easy enough site to work your way around and it gave us no trouble as we explored the games and all the small print.

Mobile Casino

Now, here is where Kerching Casino really excels. The whole casino site has been really well optimised for mobile play. Kerching has adopted some of the best mobile technology to create a mobile site stocked with games no matter which operating system you use. Android or iOS (both iPhone and iPad) systems are compatible with the Kerching site and its games. Now your favourite games are available at the touch – or swipe – of a button, as well as your banking information, special promotions and offers.

Everything from your account can be found just as easily with the mobile site and there’s no need to download an app for your phone. The games we sampled all loaded quickly and played great, so there were no complaints from our end. Although, if there was one, it would be that the Live Chat didn’t appear to be accessible from our mobile phone.

Unfortunately, this section of Kerching Casino is similar to the Live Casino site… it just doesn’t exist. We saw no signs of missions, goals, or bigger challenges on the site, nor a leaderboard of winners. Maybe as Kerching grows, it’ll consider adding this to its repertoire.

For a smaller online casino, Kerching doesn’t shy away from some big promotions. New gamers at the site can cash in on some welcome offers to start them off on a good path with their membership. Aside from that, we didn’t see any other promotions on the site, but there is a rather well put together VIP Club. There are 4 levels of the VIP club: Silver, Gold, VIP Premier and VIP Elite, the higher ranking you have in the VIP club, the more bonus offers and perks you receive.

Entering the VIP Club requires an invitation email from Kerching, which you may qualify for depending on how loyal you are as a player on the site. As an alternative, you can also email the VIP team directly to see if you can join the Club. Benefits include Anniversary Bonuses, Birthday Bonuses and more.

Setting up an account and making a deposit at Kerching is really simple. There are a variety of safe and secure payment options such as VISA, Mastercard, Paysafecard, Neteller, Skrill and Boku mobile deposits. There is a minimum of £10 for each deposit however they have no costs, except for Boku which has a minimum of £15 and a charge a 15% fee for each deposit. So with Boku, for example, if you deposit £100, you’ll receive £85 in your account.

You can make a withdrawal once a day of up to £2,000. There’s a minimum of £10 for withdrawals as well, and they can take up to 3 working days for e-wallets and anywhere from 3 to 5 working days for credit and debit cards. These are pretty standard minimums and processing times, though it’s nice that a casino gives an option for daily withdrawals – you don’t see that everywhere.

Customer Support

  • Live Chat: Yes
  • Email:
  • Telephone: 01616699000
  • FAQ: Yes
  • Availability: 08:00-0:00 GMT

Kerching’s Live Chat seems pretty helpful, though it’s too bad there isn’t a service available after midnight. The email service, however, does promise a 24-hour response and seems to beat this by several hours, which is faster than we’ve seen it at other casino sites. Having a real phone number to contact is also a plus, as is their FAQ page which is very informative, although it could use a bit of organizing.

Our Verdict

While initially, we weren’t all that impressed with Kerching – their overall game number is limited as are their Table and Live Casino varieties- we’re big fans of mobile gaming and like sites that run well on our phones. The VIP section actually seems like a VIP section, so that was another perk, and while we didn’t find the likes of Microgaming and some other popular service providers at this online casino, we saw several of our favourite slots from Big Time Gaming, NetEnt and NYX Interactive. We also like Kerching Casino’s commitment to fair gaming: they’re open about the use of RNGs – random number generator – so you know you’re not getting hoodwinked on this site. Our take was to take this site mobile and really make the most of what it can offer.
