Mansion Casino

Born in 2004 and a part of the famous worldwide Mansion Group, Mansion Casino is one of the UK’s most popular online casinos. Licensed and regulated by the Government of Gibraltar and the UK Gambling Commision, Mansion Casino prides itself in delivering a trustworthy and fair site. It’s simple to navigate and offers a huge variety of video slots, table games, live casino games and even video poker. Mansion shares rich and somewhat odd public history with the UK - being the official shirt sponsors of Tottenham Hotspur football club shot the name to fame in 2006. Even more strangely, 2012 saw the company break the Guinness World Record for the longest DJ relay mix - recording an epic time of 12 hours!

Games and Software

One thing we noticed about Mansion Casino is that the majority of the games are available in the demo  mode, which is always a nice little extra. Most of the games are powered by Playtech – whom you can’t really go wrong with and there’s a sizeable game collection to choose from. The games are all well-organised with filters for top games, slots, jackpots, table games, live games and video poker. You can even arrange them from A-Z or use the nifty search bar on the top right to find your favourite.

We counted at least 222 slot games to choose from including over 100 video slot games including classic favourites such as Wings of Gold, Sherlock Mystery as well as a range of progressive slots including Age of the Gods and Gladiator. The game home screen conveniently shows the jackpot figure saving you from clicking inside the game to find out – which is handy when you’re scrolling through, looking for the big uns’. For the table game fanatics among you, there’s 44 in total – plenty to keep you occupied. You can expect to stumble upon the likes of Blackjack, Baccarat, Craps, Stravaganza, Scratch Cards, Poker and more. And for those who are into their video poker, don’t you worry, for there’s a dedicated tab with 16 games to choose from including Deuces Wild, Joker Poker and Jacks or Better to name a few.

Roulette fans will be rubbing their hands together when they find out there’s 25 roulette games to choose from – unusually high for the average casino! We would liked to have seen some scratch cards or arcade games on offer – but there’s always room for improvement. Overall, users are spoilt for choice when it comes to the multitude of games on offer.

Live Casino

If you head towards the ‘Live Games’ tab you’ll unsurprisingly find yourself in the abyss of live casino games on offer. This is the place where you can get as close as you can to the real deal, and get a piece of the live casino action without having to budge an inch from behind your screen. The website has great quality videos and even a live chat interaction section, as well as leaderboards and game stats.

The live casino section will allow you to select from a total of nine live games provided by Evolution including the likes of Roulette, (there’s also French Roulette and Dual Roulette), Blackjack (plus Unlimited Blackjack) and a few Baccarat games to join in on. Though there’s a nice range of games to choose from, we were a little disappointed that there were so few.

User Interface

Overall the site is simple and very easy to navigate, there’s not too much lagging and it’s pretty easy to find what you’re looking for. We would have liked to have seen a few more categories for the gaming section. As of current, it is very basic – there’s the search tool where you can conventionality find your favourite games, you can alphabetise the order of the games or choose from the categories. You can’t however choose games via your favourite software provider, there’s no favourite category or any special themes. In other words it is basic but it gets the job done, so we won’t mark them down too harshly.

Mobile Casino

We were very impressed with the mobile website – all of the website’s usual features were there asides from the video poker which seemed to have gone walkabouts. It’s visually pleasing, easy to use and not a glitch in sight – very impressive! It seems mobile casinos have come a long way since the dark ages. All of the same games seemed to be there, and the customer support along with an overview of your payments and deposits were all easily accessible.

The Mansion mobile app is compatible with just about every device under the sun including the likes of iOS, Android, Windows mobile and Blackberry – making them a highly strong industry contender in the mobile category area.

Mansion Casino seems to be sticking with the classic casino theme and has yet to add gamification to its site – better luck next time!

Who doesn’t like a good ol’ promotion – and luck for you, Mansion Casino seems to be riddled with them.

Along with the hefty welcome bonus options, as of current, there is a nice monthly spin offer on certain games where all winnings are credited as bonus money. There’s also currently a weekly promotion where you can grab even more spin deals on a range of games.

And if that wasn’t enough, there’s also what Mansion likes to call the ‘Bonus Hopper’, or reload bonuses to take advantage of. As with all promotions, just be sure to glance over all the terms and conditions to check out the minimum wagering limits and which games count towards the offers – as they are forever changing!

Another great perk is the ‘refer a friend’ bonus that Mansion Casino is currently running, where you can snag yourself a bonus for each and every friend you send in Mansion Casino’s way.

So all in all – they get a big tick from us when it comes to friendly promotions, they certainly know how to keep you coming back for more. On top of that, there’s a loyalty programme enabling you to earn points and exchange them in for extra bonuses. By working your way up the loyalty ladder, you can eventually become a VIP where even more match deposit bonuses and sporting events promotions are thrown into the court.

We will give it to Mansion – they are highly honest and open when it comes to their deposits and withdrawals with everything nicely explained.

Mansion accepts one of the highest ranges of payment methods that we have seen, including EcoPayz, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Wirecard, Trustly, Skrill and more. When it comes to making deposits the processing time can range from 1 to 14 business days depending on the payment method with a minimum deposit ranging from £5-£20. Credit/debit cards, for example, take 6-8 days.

For withdrawals, customers can expect to get their money between 1-12 business days dependending on the payment method. You will be able to make withdrawals through credit/debit cards, Skrill, Neteller, EntroPay, bank transfer, PayPal, EcoPayz, Citadel instant banking and WebMoney with no fee incurred and a limit between £5-£15.

We were a little disappointed with these unusually long processing times though we presume that Mansion has given a figure for the maximum time it could take, so kudos for their honesty.

Our Verdict

There’s a lot to love about Mansion Casino, the massive range of games to choose from, the first class software – Playtech is one of the leading software developers and has been providing gamers with the top slots and table games the world has to offer. We loved the vast methods of payment options, but were a little taken aback by the processing times. However, Mansion Casino goes above and beyond when it comes to its promotions and boasts an impressive loyalty program – VIP members can enjoy faster withdrawal times, higher deposit limits and special gifts! This is definitely a casino worth taking for a ride.
