Mr Mobi’s hundreds of games are already pre-filtered conveniently into a few categories: Favourites, New, Featured, Slots, Casino, Live, Jackpots and Casual. We were excited to see dozens of games by NetEnt – Sparks, Reel Rush, and Fruit Spin to name a few – and Microgaming – Hello, Fruit Blast, Adventure Palace and Reel Thunder. Mr Mobi allows users to search games by name or by software provider which makes finding your favourites really easy, and we’re a fan of that.
There are a handful of fun jackpot games – Cash Splash, Fruit Fiesta, and Treasure Nile – and an impressive selection of great branded slots – Ted, Planet of the Apes, Laura Croft Tomb Raider: Secret of the Sword.
For table and card game fans, there are a few dozen options that vary from Premier Blackjack to Vegas Strip and the Live Casino offers 15 different tables to choose from (see more on that below). So even though we were confused about what makes the ‘Casual’ games section, casual, we were pleased by the wide selection of games on this site and we think most punters would be too. And we especially love how we can create our own favourites section by marking our top games – let’s say ‘yey’ for a personalised online gaming experience.
Oh my, Mr Mobi!
We do like it when a casino is upfront about their weak points – and here it’s that not all of the live games are available on the mobile site.
Of the 15 live casino games available, only three – Live Blackjack, Live Roulette and Blackjack VIP – are accessible from the (actually pretty great) mobile site and app (more on that below). Ok, thanks for being upfront about this, but that’s a pretty shocking thing to admit for a casino which basically has the word ‘mobile’ right there in its name!
All of that side, of the 15 live games here, most of them are pretty standard and expected – Multi Player Roulette, Blackjack Standard, Live Baccarat – there were one or two interesting surprises – Sizzling Hot Roulette, Dolphins Roulette and Live Automatic Roulette. The game breakdown itself is eight variants of Blackjack, five games of Roulette and two variants of Baccarat. Hmm.
Needless to say, Mr Mobi is not the most ideal site for a die-hard live casino fan. For everyone else though, there seems to be enough here to keep you happy.
Mr Mobi is clean, handy to get around and well-organised, we’re pleased to tell you.
From the menu header, separating the important sections of the site – Home, Jackpots, Live Casino, All Games, Promotions and VIP – it’s incredibly easy to get around.
The games menu, just underneath a promotions banner near the top of the page, breaks it down further, helping you find everything you might want to play: All Games, Newest, Popular, Slots, Roulette, Casino Games, Scratch, Live Casino and Blackjack. The games themselves are presented to you in tiles, unless you filter them…and the only option to do so here, is by provider. So, unless you know exactly what you want, you’re going to have to either experiment, narrow everything down by provider or use the search bar, which autocompletes for you.
Within the ‘filter by provider’ option, it doesn’t really seem that the games appear in particular order – we would have assumed that Mr Mobi would have organised them according to most popular, or even A-Z. But no, this doesn’t seem to be the case.
If there’s ever been a mobile online casino site to write home about, this is it! The Mr Mobi site looks and functions better than almost any other mobile casino site we’ve seen – and it makes sense, it’s in the name!
Users can find still find hundreds of their favourite games, plenty of fun promotions and easy-access to a chat service straight from their mobile. The chat was a little delayed and we didn’t see any other options for contact, so this was a bit frustrating, but users can still find the same wide variety of payment options which is always a perk when on the move.
Mr Mobi Casino has also developed an app that’s available in both the iOS App Store and with Android Google Play that has proven to be just as reliable as the desktop and mobile sites thus far. Overall, Mr Mobi is a front runner when it comes to the new world of online casinos on the go.
There weren’t any real advancements in the gamification side of things on the Mr Mobi site. There is a VIP Room that offers loyal players extra promotions, bonuses and discounts and the ability to rise through the benefit levels by gaining more points – just by playing games. We like the idea of the Diamond level platform, which promises personalised gifts and an anniversary bonus… so there is something exciting to work towards, but we’re hopeful that Mr Mobi will expand on this in the future.
We’re excited to say there is no shortage of great promotions on the Mr Mobi site! Even after the welcome offer and the VIP club, there are plenty of incentives to keep gamers having fun and raking in the cash – we suppose this makes up for the lack of gamification.
There are quite a few goodies for players to cash in on at Mr Mobi, from the typical perks to personalised bonuses – which is a favourite, in our book.
On top of these fun promos, Mr Mobi offers a variety of seasonal/themed bonuses throughout the year – we’ve seen one for St Patty’s Day and another just to celebrate the spring season, so users can really get a lot out of this site’s bonuses. As with any promotional offers, gamers should read the T&Cs and make sure they know all the rules before cashing in, and we aware that offers might not run year round!
The Mr Mobi site conveniently offers users a variety of instant deposit options: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, PaybyPhone, Neteller, Skrill, iDeal, Paysafecard, Trustly, Fast BankTransfer and Euteller – most of which have a £10 minimum deposit, although maximum deposits vary from £30-£5,000.
When it comes to withdrawals – most importantly – there is still a wide variety of options. Gamers can collect their winnings for free from VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Neteller, Paysafecard, Skrill, Bank Transfer, Trustly, Euteller and Fast Bank Transfer. There is a £20 minimum withdrawal on all options except for Bank Transfer, Trustly, and Fast Bank Transfer, which have a £50 minimum. The transfer and processing time can be as quick as two days but as slow as ten… so impatient gamers be warned!
Well, nobody’s perfect and if Mr Mobi has a flaw, it’s in their customer support. The chat and email connection service that is supposedly available 24/7 was very difficult to find or connect with. We submitted several requests for an email response that never got answered and the live chat box never seemed to load. We also couldn’t find an email or phone number, so if it wasn’t for the fairly detailed FAQ page, we imagined a lot of questions would go unanswered.
The wide selection of games and bonuses is what carries this site above others… it’s simply a lot of fun. We enjoyed the web page design, the ease-of-use when it came to the mobile site and how simple it was to search favourite games. We wish there was a little more competitive edge floating around and the overall lack of customer service is pretty disappointing, but as of yet, it’s not enough to deter us from coming back for more perks, more bonuses and simply more more more.
