Mr Spin Casino

Mr Spin Casino was introduced into the market in 2016 by Intouch Games Ltd who also run top online mobile casinos, mFortune and PocketWin. The company started small and really focused on the quality and style of the games which is why they are so exclusive… then they released eight new games in 2015 and doubled the size of their staff to around 80. A year later, the workforce grew to almost 200 as Mr Spin was set to launch. Coming out of the West Midlands, Mr Spin wants customers to feel the fun seeping through the virtual casino doors as they enter the site. For this reason, the slots are kept exclusive to Mr Spin Casino, so you know you’re getting something unique and special just by becoming a member on the site. It’s a fairly small casino as of now, but it seems to always be growing - three new games were added while we were checking out the site - so be patient and expect, potentially, great things. As with all reliable and trusted gaming platforms, Mr Spin Casino is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission.

Games and Software

Mr Spin Casino is unique in that it only provides games from it’s own software provider: Intouch Games, which specially designs it’s games to be mobile optimized. So, while we’re missing games from top software providers like Microgaming and NetEnt, we’re getting games that are specially made for the screens of our tablets and phones… and we like that!

Mr Spin is pretty much a slot -ocused site, as those are the games that play best on mobile. Out of the 20-odd games currently on offer all but one are slot games but it seems like they are developing and adding new games to the site all the time. Currently, at Mr Spin, popular games are Bonus Bubbles, Reel Totem Slots and Slots of the Dead (a little reminiscent of the ever-popular Plants vs. Zombies game). They also have a couple of Jackpot slots: Bonnie & Clyde: Jackpot Jailbreaks and Jackpot Big Top, which have unique bonus features and extras.

As of now, it looks like the only Casino or Table Game available at Mr Spin is Roulette Gold, which like all the other games is optimized for smartphones and tablets. Hopefully with time this can be a section that Mr Spin expands on, because it’s nice to get a little variety on a site. But, for slot lovers, who want access to exclusive games that aren’t found on any other site… this is a great place for you!

Live Casino

Unfortunately, Mr Spin Casino doesn’t offer any Live Casino games at this time. Again, we know they’re focusing their design and development efforts on slot games, so we kind of expected this. Maybe in the future, the Live Casino will be something they work on, but for now we’re not holding our breaths.

User Interface

The desktop site of Mr Spin is really simply designed and therefore, very easy-to-navigate. There’s no menu bar or buttons on the top of the page except the ‘Register’ tab on the top right-hand corner of the screen (and once you’ve registered, your account info will be there). All the games are displayed in large icons on the homepage and as the game selection is currently still pretty limited, this is okay for now. Hopefully, as the site grows, they create more categories and ways to filter and navigate through the games.

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and you can find out all sorts of important information: how to register, how to make a deposit, about Mr Spin and more. Scroll a little further down and there’s a Menu, Info and Useful Links section with even more important tidbits about Mr Spin. They also have a regularly updated blog, which had some cool insider info on the games themselves.

Mobile Casino

So here’s the kicker – Mr Spin Casino is dedicated to mobile play and, well, they’re mobile platform is pretty darn good. The games are all neatly displayed in appealing icons and it’s easy to scroll through and find which one you’d like to have a go on. The games themselves play well, load fast and are visually and audibly stimulating – which is great news for a mobile site. As the games have been made with mobile users in mind, they were created to be efficient and smooth-running… success!

Mr Spin Casino has been created like a mobile app, so there’s no need to download anything in the iOS or Android store. Just head to the web page and start spinning away!

As of now, there’s practically no gamification on at Mr Spin Casino online. This isn’t too unusual for a new casino, especially one with such a focus on game development. Maybe with time, this will be one of those areas where Mr Spin expands – but for now, we’re just happy that they have a well-functioning mobile site and some pretty great games on offer!

Whereas other new casinos might drop the ball on promotions and bonuses, Mr Spin came into the market knowing it was important to creating loyal customers. True to their name, they love giving away spins whenever possible, it seems – just check online and read the terms and conditions before signing up to any promo offers. They also offer bonuses with every new game released and a Refer a Friend program, so frequent players can enjoy extra perks if they check the site often!

Mr Spin does also offer a VIP programme, which offers promotions, bonuses and surprises to members, as well as dedicated Account Managers to help you make the most of your online gaming experience at Mr Spin. It’s a clever programme that’s designed to help you get the best out of the website and rake in extra benefits you might just not receive otherwise. Signing up is easy and free – so definitely take part if you head to the site!

On a whole, it seems like Mr Spin Casino has a pretty nice starting platform of promotions for new and regular users – worth checking out in our books.

At Mr Spin Casino you can make a deposit by debit or credit card (VISA or Mastercard), PayPal, Skrill or a pre-paid voucher. They also offer a unique way to charge your deposit to your mobile phone bill. The minimum amount needed to deposit is just £5 for everything except for the mobile phone payment, which requires just £3. We couldn’t find anywhere in the Terms and Conditions about how long it takes for the deposit to take, so hopefully deposits are accepted within the first day or two – which is long by modern day standards.

As for withdrawals at Mr Spin, there is a minimum of £10 if the payment is made by bank transfer and a £20 minimum with all the other payment options. Mr Spin is a little more straightforward when it comes to transfer times of withdrawals: you can expect 3-4 working days for a withdrawal to be processed, which is okay by industry standards.

While we like that the deposit amount is one of the lowest we’ve ever seen, we wish there were more banking options at Mr Spin and a little more information on how things work. It is a pretty basic set up, but however, it does the trick.

Customer Support

  • Live Chat: No
  • Email:
  • Telephone: +44 1384 888102
  • FAQ: Yes
  • Availability: 24/7

While Mr Spin surprisingly lacks the Live Chat function that we’ve come to love so much, they do offer a phone number and email that are available 24/7. On top of that, they offer a call back service, where you text a helpline with a code and they will call you back free of charge, quite unique and helpful in our eyes. The FAQ page is decently stocked with questions, though lacks any categorisation or a search function, which could be useful. However, on a whole, Support is easy to access through a variety of outputs and the representatives we got in touch with were always helpful – perks all around.

Our Verdict

Stick to the mobile platform of Mr Spin. The games are truly optimised to play well (if not better) there and you’re not missing anything that the desktop site has to offer. It’s a great site for slot lovers – new and old – thanks to the exclusive games from Intouch Games Limited. Between the regular bonuses and the excitement of new games, this small casino has quite a lot to offer… just grab your phone and go.
