Rose Slots Casino

Rose Slots is a new online casino with a distinctly feminine theme. Another casino in the successful Jumpman Gaming stable, Rose Slots is extremely mobile friendly and has a down to earth, approachable feel to it. Flowery fonts adorn the homepage and at first glance it’s very clear that this is an online casino tailored to the ladies.

Like a lot of other Jumpman Gaming casinos, Rose Slots offers a huge range of slot games, but very little in the way of online casino games. Their slot selection relies on some of the world’s top software developers so you’ll find plenty of big names here including progressives. If you’re not keen on slots you can always try bingo as there’s a selection of different games on offer here too.

The payment methods here are a bit limited but Rose Slots accepts the main ones including PayPal, and they are fully licenced and accredited by the UK Gambling Commission so you can be sure they are trustworthy and safe.

Games and software

With over 500 different slots on offer you’ll be kept pretty busy when you play at Rose Slots. The games come from a number of top software providers including Microgaming, NetEnt, NYX, NextGen Gaming and Elk Studios. You’ll find everything from classic slots to video slots and progressive jackpot games so whatever you’re looking for, it’s here. Some of the big hits on offer at Rose Slots include Microgaming’s Mega Moolah, NetEnt’s Starburst, Rainbow Riches from Barcrest and many more. One thing that is noticeably missing from the game selection at Rose Slots are the licenced slots that are themed on popular movies and TV shows. Still, there’s plenty more to keep you going.

While the slot selection is extensive, if you’re looking for virtual casino games you’re going to be disapopinted. Rose Slots lives up to its name by focusing on slots and there is only one version of Blackjack and one of Roulette to play. What they lack in online casino games, however, they do make up for when it comes to bingo. Head on over to the bingo area and you’ll find multiple games and rooms with prizes to suit everyone.

Live casino

Rose Slots doesn’t have any kind of live casino, a feature that seems to be common across the Jumpman Gaming casinos. With only a couple of virtual casino games, this is clearly a casino that’s designed for slot players, and slot players only.

User interface

Rose Slots has a fairly standard layout that most online casino players will be familiar with. The most popular games are featured on the home page and you can click through to search the full selection. The latest winners scroll along the top if you need a bit of inspiration and at the bottom of the page is an in depth explanation of Rose Slots and why you should play here.

The design is simple with a red and white colour scheme and a lot of white space giving Rose Slots a modern, professional appearance. Roses appear all over the casino and the fonts are distinctly feminine and flamboyant. While it does give off a feminine appearance, don’t be put off. Rose Slots is not just for the ladies and with such a great selection of games, there’s no need for anyone to miss out. The layout is simple but very easy to navigate and you’ll be able to find your way to the games, trophies and other information quickly and easily, especially if you’ve played at any other Jumpman Gaming casinos.

Mobile casino

Rose Slots was clearly created with mobile players in mind and it runs well on most devices includng iOS, Android, Windows and BlackBerry phones and tablets. The majority of the games are available on mobile and there’s no need to download an app, the entire mobile casino is browser based. Just load up Rose Slots in your browser, log in and you’re all good to go.

Once logged in to Rose Slots mobile you’ll be able to do anything you can do on the desktop casino including making deposits and withdrawals, collecting trophies and playing bingo. The range of games available is somewhat fewer than the main website but you’ll still find plenty to keep you busy including many of the hit slots. The layout is easy to navigate on mobile, with drop down menus and the ability to search for games by title. Overall Rose slots offers an excellent mobile experience that will appeal to busy players who are on the go.

Gamification

Rose Slots offers players the opoprtunity to win trophies just by completing ordinary actions like making deposits, placing wagers and playing specified slot games. This adds a nice extra element of fun and excitement to your gameplay and as you complete challenges you can rise up levels to get rewards.  Gamification is fairly new to the online casino world but it’s gaining in popularity with some casinos starting to resemble video games in themselves. By creating a more interactive experience for players, Rose Slots encourages its players to keep coming back and offers some great incentives in the form of spins on the Mega Reel.

Banking

When it comes to payment methods, Rose Slots doesn’t offer a huge range of options. You can make deposits and withdraw using Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Paysafecard and Pay by Mobile. The minimum deposit is £10 although if you want to get a spin on the Mega Reel you’ll need to deposit at least £20. All deposit methods are fee free except for Pay by Mobile – there’s a £2.50 fee for every deposit you make using this method, which can really eat into your overall bankroll if you’re not careful.

When it comes to withdrawals you will need to use the same method you made your initial deposit wherever possible. While you can withdraw as little as £10, any withdrawals under £30 will incur a £2.50 fee. Add to this the fact that all withdrawal requests first go through a 72 hour pending period before they are released and you’re looking at some very player unfriendly banking policies. You can expect to wait between four days and a week for your money depending on the payment method you use.

Customer support
  • Live chat: 9.30am – 6pm
  • Email: support@roseslots.com
  • FAQ: Yes

There’s no phone support at Rose Slots so if you have an urgent issue your best bet is to message them on live chat. However, live chat is only available between 9.30 and 6pm, Monday to Friday so if you have an question outside of those hours you’ll need to email them or search through the FAQ to see if your question has been answered there. While the FAQ is fairly comprehensive it would be good to see some extended hours for live chat customer support and a phone number for those players who prefer to speak to a human.

OUR VERDICT

Rose Slots is a visually appealing casino that takes a classy approach to the world of slots and bingo. Slot players will be happy here with over 500 different games to choose from including big progressive jackpot games and smaller, retro inspired slots. There’s also bingo, but not much of anything else so if you’re keen to have a few rounds of video poker or baccarat you’re going to be out of luck.

The main issues with this casino are the customer support and the banking policies. Charging a fee for withdrawals under £30 is a little steep and it’s not common practise in the industry. Add to this the fact that there are a limited number of ways to actually deposit and withdraw and there’s definitely a lot of room for improvement at Rose Slots. Their customer support would benefit from weekend or extended hours and phone support.

Having said that, if you love slots and are happy playing nothing else, Rose Slots has a lot to offer and it’s nice to see a casino that makes the effort to appeal to female players.
