Games and Software
Owned by Nektan Limited, many of the games on Slots Devil are powered by Nektan but it didn’t stop them from adding great games from IGT and NetEnt. From Netkan, there are plenty high-quality top slots like Best of British, Cave Raiders (HD version also available) and Candy Swap. Whereas players who are interested in NetEnt will be happy to find favourites like The Invisible Man, Gonzo’s Quest and Starburst, just a mouse click away.

As for searching through games available on the casino site, players can pick on tabs like ‘Player Favourites’ or ‘Exclusive’ or ‘Instant’ to find different types of games. Although you can’t adjust the categories or filter them very easily, it was easy to see that there are a variety of fun, popular slots available. Thanks to software provider IGT, there are tons of great branded slots for every type of player – Breaking Bad, Ghostbusters: Spectral Search, Wheel of Fortune, and Harley-Davidson Motorcycle Cycles to name a few. Unfortunately, there was no way to search for jackpot or video games, so finding those is a bit more tricky, as Slots Devil does offer plenty of jackpots.

If you like to take a break from the slots, you’ll be happy to find a fine selection of casino games, including several varieties of blackjack – Blackjack Classic, Blackjack Perfect Pairs, Blackjack European – and other classics like American Roulette, Punto Banco and Oasis Poker, to a name a few.

Overall, Slots Devil offers gamers a pretty good selection of games, from classic slots to table games, there’s likely to be a top contender out there for every player. And as a new casino, there’s always room to grow the collection – hopefully they improve a bit on navigation as well.

Live Casino
You can find the Live Casino section of Slots Devil under the ‘Liver Dealer’ tab. There are over 20 live games to choose from, most of which come from top software provider Evolution Gaming. Live Casino fans – or newbies alike – will be happy to find top games like Roulette Live, Blackjack Silver, Speed Baccarat, Diamond VIP, Three Card Poker and more. On top of that, Slots Devil provides gamers with Evolution’s exclusive Dream Catcher live wheel – a unique game that offers endless fun with the catchy, colourful spinning wheel and charming live dealers.

While this isn’t the biggest collection of Live Casino games out there, the game choices are fantastic – and as most are backed by Evolution – players are ensured that the quality, fairness and enjoyment levels are all at a premium. Overall, we’d say this is a Live Casino worth spending some time in.

User Interface
If there’s an area where Slots Devil has room for improvement – this is certainly it. Although the website isn’t necessarily hard to navigate through, it isn’t user-friendly either. For starters, we’re missing a solid menu bar, aside from the casino game tabs that run across the middle of the page. On top of that, there are no options to filter or organize games, which is quite frustrating when there are plenty of games to choose from. There is a search function on the far right of the menu bar – but gamers must know exactly what game they’re searching for to find success.

Along the bottom of the page are informative tabs such as Support, About Us, Terms, etc. which provide an on-screen pop-up with the relevant information. In some ways, this is nice because you then don’t have to worry about opening separate tabs or windows – or losing the page you were on. At the same time, not having any other pages besides the homepage makes the site a little messy and busy in design. In our opinion, it could use a bit of tidying up – but overall, it functions well and the games load quickly and work nicely, which is obviously most important.

Mobile Casino
Mobile casino platforms have really been improving in recent years and for a new casino, Slots Devil has made a nice inception into the market with their mobile site. In regards to overall visual, it’s cleaner and sleeker than the desktop site, so comes off as more user-friendly.

It seems that almost all the same top games are available on the mobile site, and users can click the drop-down menu to find the same categories (Live Dealer, Instant Win, New Games, etc.). The games that we tried opened up and ran with no problems, which is pretty much the best result you can hope for.

Aside from the games, you can access banking information, including deposits and the FAQ page with contact details for Customer Support. There is an option to click on ‘Live Help’, however, it didn’t seem to work on our Android phone and wasn’t even present on our iOS phones – so there’s obviously a few kinks to work out there. As for an app itself, one hasn’t been created yet, but it seems that for now, the running of the mobile site is satisfactory enough.

Slots Devil just hasn’t made any moves into the gamification side of the market. We think they have the potential, but as of now, gamers will just have to be entertained with the hundreds of games they have currently available.
At the time of writing this, there were no real promotions being offered on Slots Devil online casino. There was a welcome bonus available at the time, but unfortunately, nothing else to really entice users. We were a bit disappointed with this segment, but Slots Devil is a newer addition to the online casino market, so we’ll let this little oversight slide for now…
Account holders at Slots Devil will be happy to find the most popular payment methods available on the site: VISA, Mastercard, Skrill 1-Tap, Neteller, Paysafecard, Boku and Trustly. With all these options there is a minimum deposit of £10, except for Boku which has a £15 minimum (and charges a 15% fee – ouch). There are no details regarding deposit transaction times, so most likely they are instantaneous or fairly fast – but this is something to watch for.

When it comes to withdrawals, Slots Devil generously allows you to take out money once every 24 hours. You have to withdraw a minimum of £20 (and there’s a maximum of £2,000) and processing can take between three and five days. No withdrawals can be done with Boku, so fans of this mobile payment system may need to find an alternative when it comes to collecting their winnings.

Customer Support
  • Live Chat: Yes

  • Telephone: +44 203 621 6932
  • FAQ: Yes
  • Availability: 0800-0000 GMT

You can find Customer Support on the bottom left corner of the screen where it clearly says ‘Support’. As for availability times, those apply to both the Telephone and the Live Help – a little disappointing as much gaming takes place in odd hours of the night, it’s nice to see a 24/7 chat service. The Live Chat had trouble loading on our Google Chrome web browser and on our mobiles, so there might be some glitches that need fixing – other than that, customer support is as friendly and responsive as we could have hoped!

Our Verdict

Sign up for Slots Devil online through your mobile and enjoy the pleasures of gaming on the go with hundreds of mobile-optimised games. There are a couple things we think you’d like to see more of from Slots Devil – a little gamification would be appreciated and perhaps another promo or two – but the site is easy-to-use on both desktop and mobile platforms and chock-full of fun games. We say: give it a go!
