How to Play:

Red Tiger Gaming likes to keep their game displays simple and to the point – we’re fans of this: no one likes a distracting game board with too many buttons and levers to press. To start playing on this endearing game, follow these basic instructions:

  1. Select your wager amount with the plus and minus buttons under the Total Stake display on the bottom left-hand corner of the screen. You can wager as low as £0.20 or as high as £60.
  2. Click the golden arrow button in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen to spin the reels. You can also select the Auto Play button to select options for an automatic spinning feature.
  3. Watch the reels spin and land in winning combinations on any of the 20 paylines.
  4. Spin again to keep playing!

No surprise here, all the symbols in this game are colourful gems – we’ve got them listed from most valuable to least right here:

  • Golden Wild
  • Golden Gem
  • Multicolour Pink Gem
  • Green Gem
  • Blue Gem
  • Turquoise Gem
  • Orange Gem
  • Purple Gem
  • Magenta Gem

Important symbols in Gems Gone Wild:

  • Wild: Golden Wild Symbol
  • High value symbols: Golden Gem, Multicolour Pink Gem and Green Gem

There isn’t a jackpot attached to Gems Gone Wild, unfortunately. This jewel of a slot game does have an RTP of 95.1% so it has a medium to low variance, meaning more regular payouts but of smaller sizes.

Special Features and Bonuses:

Unfortunately, Gems Gone Wild isn’t stocked with special features and bonuses. While we’d wished that Red Tiger Gaming put a little more special effects into such an elegantly designed slot, the main features that it does have are quite enticing nonetheless:

  • Random Wilds Feature: any symbol on the board can randomly turn into a Golden Wild, increasing your odds of winning and almost always landed us with a nice little payout
  • Sticking Wilds Feature: activate two or more Wilds and they’ll stick on the board for a respin. If another Wild turns up, you’ll get another spin for even more chances of winning big. As long as new Wilds are generated, they’ll keep sticking for a respin!

Graphics and Sounds:

The game is simple in design but beautiful all the same – the gems are really detailed and stand out nicely, and the colour are appealing to the eyes. The music in the background is smooth and ethereal but picks up when you’ve landed a spin with some Wilds, and the effects are exciting when you hit a win. On a whole, the graphics and sounds fit the bill of the game – exciting yet elegant.

While this is a fairly simply game from Red Tiger Gaming, it’s well put together and extremely enticing. It may not be loaded with tons of features, but hitting a Big Win or Super Win wasn’t too hard with the ever-present Golden Wilds.
