Spinland Casino

Brought to you by White Hat Gaming Limited and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, Spinland is a new casino in town, hitting the streets in 2017 - so it may not be as popular as some of the more settled casinos, but it’s definitely worth a glance over. With a snazzy 3D interactive homepage and hundreds of slots and popular games to choose from, the operators have clearly been busy. As the name suggests - Spinland is focused on spinning reels, i.e. lots and lots of slots - so for those who like to get their spin on, step this way…

Games and Software

If Spinland has anything going for it, it’s the crazy number and variety of games on offer. Powered by Imperium Network Solutions, in its short life-span, Spinland has somehow managed to partner with the top online casino developers. Software developers including the likes of NYX, NetEnt, ELK Studios, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Leander, Aristocrat, Amaya and Thunderkick are all on board.

Spinland’s immense gaming portfolio boasts all the popular games that you could wish for, including NetEnt’s Starburst and Reel Rush, Microgaming’s Thunderstruck II and Lightning Box’s Silver Lion. And for anyone who’s got a thing for progressive slots and wants the chance to win an enormous payout, Spinland hosts over 30 jackpot slots, including the likes of Divine Fortune, Tunza Munni and The Pig Wizard.

Other than slot games (which of course take up the majority of the site – it’s in the name after all!), you’ll find that the toolbar mentions other groupings of games, such as scratch cards (including Mania and Panda), Video Poker, table (including Baccarat and Oasis Poker), Blackjack, Roulette and live dealer. The live dealer games offer a chance for players to play in sync, getting you as close as possible to the real-life casino experience – players can now enjoy a highly realistic casino virtually from their own home.

Live Casino

Hmm.. Spinland has a lot of promise and talks the talk…but unfortunately, when it comes to the live casino section, it doesn’t really walk the walk.

You see, there are only 13 live games to choose from here, which is acceptable.. it’s just not that amazing. A positive point is that each of these games is powered by either Evolution Gaming or NetEnt, so that’s nice. But otherwise, there are four Roulette variants to choose from: Live Roulette, Automatic Roulette, NetEnt Live Roulette and VIP Roulette, three Blackjack variants: Blackjack, Common Draw Blackjack and Live Blackjack and (a bit strangely), four whole Poker variants: Live Casino Hold’Em, Ultimate Texas Hold’Em Live, Caribbean Stud Poker and Three Card Poker. Also, sticking out a bit like a sore thumb, is Dream Catcher Live.

User Interface

One thing: make sure to have a play around on the Spinland header when you first navigate to the site – the background moves around as you move over it!

Otherwise this is avery nicely built site indeed. There are clearly outlined sections, making it very easy to navigate around the site. The (mobile-style) menu has everything account-related (VIP, Promotions, Support) you could need.

Other than a slight lag when loading the pages, and the small writing on some of the tabs, the games page is also nicely organised – making it easy to find any game you’re looking for. And for those who want to search for games via their favourite game providers, there’s an easy-to-use tab called ‘Game Provider’ that you can use to search with.

On top of that, there’s a ‘New Games’ category, so if you’re wondering what’s new to the site or the online game scene, simply direct your attention over there. But for those who came to the games page knowing exactly what they’re looking for in mind, there’s a rather handy search bar on the top left of the page where you can search for your favourite games, rather than scrolling to infinity.

Mobile Casino

Spinland’s mobile website works perfectly on both Android and iOS devices – when testing them out, they layout was very simple, and we found it just as easy to navigate as the online site itself. The majority of games that are available online are also available on the mobile site, and should you need to live-chat support or access your deposits, you should have no trouble whatsoever. The promotions page is actually even easier to understand than the online site where a table nicely sums up the welcome bonus, deposit amounts and the amount you’ll have to play with.

There’s also an Android, iOS and Windows app that is free to download. Making Spinland Casino overall, a mobile friendly site, so much so, that we barely have a reason to mark it down at all. The only thing keeping it from a 5/5 rating, is that a couple of the category tabs are missing in the mobile version.

Spinland isn’t hugely gamified, most likely due to it being a pretty new casino in town. You won’t see many tournaments or missions dotted about the site, only a board showing the latest winnings on the casino. There is however a VIP membership, where loyal customers can get all sorts of things… just keep reading, there’s plenty more good stuff about!

Those members who have signed up to the VIP membership, will occasionally be gifted with enhanced bonuses (such as no deposit bonuses) and ‘other’ gifts – guess you’ll have to get playing to find out what those are… But we’ve seen occasional prize giveaways that look fun!

On top of that, each and every time you deposit, you’ll be able to win loyalty points, which all add up and can later be exchanged for casino bonuses. There isn’t much said on what you can actually redeem the points for – which is a little frustrating. There is however, the option to ‘contact the support team for more’ – so if you’re feeling particularly inquisitive, that’s the way to go. The number of points you earn varies depending on the things like the size of your deposit or the type of game you’re playing, so you can strategize a little to make the most of your game play. You’ll also receive a nice little lump of loyalty points just for signing up at Spinland – a nice boost!

When it comes to depositing with Spinland Casino, all deposits will be processed immediately no matter the payment method, but when it comes to withdrawals, the story is a little different…

First off, there’s a minimum withdrawal amount of £20 required. Spinland also makes a very hazy claim when it comes down to the fine details and how withdrawals work. They didn’t specify how long withdrawals will take from specific payment methods. In Spinland’s very own words;

“Once a withdrawal is requested, it will remain pending for between 1-2 days. Once approved it will be processed immediately but may take up to 3 working days to reach your account – this period will vary depending of the withdrawal method selected.” – This is a little higher than the usual waiting time and in an ideal world, the transfers would be immediate.

Customer Support

  • Live Chat: Yes
  • Email: support@spinland.com
  • Telephone: No
  • FAQ: No
  • Availability: 24/7

Despite there being no telephone available or FAQ page, we found the live chat to be extremely responsive. We were able to receive a response within a minute of asking! There were no annoying questions beforehand either, the representative got straight to the point in answering the questions – just how we like it.

Our Verdict

Spinland Casino offers a fresh new site that is modern, visually pleasing and most importantly, easy to maneuver. Despite being a newbie, players can expect to find slots galore from all the top software providers, along with many other game play options including Poker, table games, Blackjack, Roulette and even live dealer games. Although there’s no mobile phone contact point, the 24/7 customer support is second-to-none and one of the most helpful that we’ve come across. Overall, Spinland Casino offers fun perks and so many options tha help make it the perfect place for experienced and new gaming enthusiasts alike.
