Zingo Bingo Review

Zingo Bingo was established in 2012 and is one of the earlier bingo sites to be launched on the Jumpman Gaming network. It provides a good selection of 75-ball and 90-ball bingo games including sessions you can join for free every single day. With a brightly-coloured pink website, Zingo Bingo offers a rather quirky environment for your gaming needs.

Games and software

Zingo Bingo has a library of 120+ slot games and, of course, a number of bingo rooms. The games library is mainly powered by Eyecon plus a few titles from NetEnt, NextGen Gaming, and RealTime Gaming. These are all leading software providers that are well-respected in the industry so you can be assured of their quality.

The bingo rooms are separated into 90 ball and 75 ball bingos where you can play free bingo every day from 8 pm to 11 pm. Jackpot bingos are only available on certain days and you can win up to a nice £250 per game.

You also have a number of slot titles available at Zingo Bingo should you be looking to play something other than bingo. You get to play a variety of slots like Fluffy Favourites where you can win up to a whopping £50,000 cash prize, Shaman’s Dream with an exciting theme, and Starburst which is one of the hottest slots online.

Although the website states that there are table games on the offer, we weren’t able to find any.

Live casino

Zingo Bingo does not currently offer any live casino games.

User interface

Zingo Bingo has a vibrant, cheery-looking website that looks rather inviting. However, it doesn’t seem the most polished with different fonts of different sizes within one page. In terms of ease of navigation, there are both plus and minus points here. The main menu at the top gives you easy access to the games lobby, contact page, and blog. The footer contains links to help pages like the FAQ, “about us”, “terms & conditions” amongst others.

The minus point is that launching a game is not as seamless as some other casinos. Instead of just clicking on a game tile to launch a specific game, you’ll first have to click on the “play now” button at the top or side menu and the website will load the games lobby in a new window. This extra step can be quite annoying especially if you’re playing from an old computer with a slow processing power.

Mobile casino

We expected the kind of average user interface on Zingo Bingo’s mobile site but we were pleasantly surprised. The mobile site loads quickly and has a very user-friendly interface. Launching your favourite game while on the go is very convenient with just one touch of your finger. The mobile site has the same eye-catching colour scheme as the main website but with improved functionality.

Zingo Bingo doesn’t offer an app but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. The instant-play and no-download mobile casino is compatible with all devices including iOS, Windows, and Android smartphones or tablets. Additionally, mobile players can easily make payments at the site with the pay by phone option.

Zingo Bingo offers all registered players a loyalty programme where you can redeem points for a cash bonus and a VIP scheme where you can unlock more benefits the higher the tier of your account is. That’s really all the gamification elements you can find at the site. While there’s plenty of events going on to keep the interest of its members, Zingo Bingo could enhance players’ experiences with quests, missions, and exciting adventures to encourage even more activity from them.

You can put money into your casino account with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and pay by mobile. Unfortunately, the provider doesn’t accept deposits via popular web wallets like Neteller or Paypal and neither do they accept Paysafecard, which is quite a shame. The good thing is that the site doesn’t charge anything to process your deposits and the minimum amount is set at a mere £5.

All withdrawals must first enter the mandatory 48-hour pending period before it will be processed on the next business day. Depending on which method you’ve chosen to cash out in, it could take up to 14 days for the funds to reach you.

Customer support

  • Live chat: Available from Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
  • Email: support@zingobingo.com
  • Telephone: None given
  • FAQ: Yes

The only viable way to contact a customer support member at Zingo Bingo is by email. Although the website states that live chat is open from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays, we received a note telling us to leave a message every time we tried to use the function within the designated time period. However, the operator does try to get back to you within 48 hours after you send an email.

Zingo Bingo has a decent selection of bingo games but not much to offer in other types of games. The lack of table games of any kind plus a virtually non-existent live chat function leave some room for improvement. However, the mobile casino works really well and players can play all their favourite games on Zingo Bingo whenever and wherever they are.
